Refund & Return Policy

At SugarMonkey, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
It must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Only items with manufacturing defects or wrong/damaged products are eligible for return.
Note: Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@sugarmonkey.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and issue.
Attach clear photos of the item (for damage/defect cases).
Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or request you to self-ship.
After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after quality check and approval.
Refund timelines:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after verifying account details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for:
Store credit valid for future purchases.
A full refund (for prepaid orders).
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@sugarmonkey.in with your order ID.
